What is Bourbon Coffee?

"Bourbon Coffee" is one of the Arabica varieties. It is said that it was mutated from the same Arabica variety, Typica. Together with Typica, it is regarded as one of the two largest branches of Arabica. Its yield is about 20% higher than other Arabica varieties and it is widely popular for its excellent flavor.
