Steamed Pumpkin

Ingredients: one pumpkin.

Method:

1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and silk inside, and peel the pumpkin skin (do not peel too thick, it will affect the taste and it will break easily).

2. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces of 5 cm wide and about 15 cm long.

3. Arrange the pumpkin pieces layer by layer on a plate and sprinkle some white sugar on the pumpkin.

4. Steam it on a steamer until cooked.

Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients: pumpkin, flour, honey, sesame, cooking oil.

Method:

1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the skin and pulp, cut into pieces, steam it in a steamer, mash it into a paste, add honey and flour, and then make round cakes of the same size, and then coat them with bread crumbs for later use.

2. Put the pot on the stove, pour in cooking oil, light the fire, and when it is 40% cooked, put the round cakes into the oil and fry until they are golden brown.
