Raw material traceability:
Directly picked from the place of origin: Selected high-quality strawberry varieties (e.g. Rouge, Zhangji) from the golden planting zone at 38°N latitude (e.g. Dandong/Shandong, China), with a big difference in temperature between day and night, and fertile soil, to ensure that the strawberry brix is ≥12%, and the fruit flesh is firm and juicy.
Stringent picking standards: only pick fresh fruits with a maturity of 90% or more, and manually remove defective fruits to ensure that the diameter of each strawberry is ≥3cm, with a bright red uniform color, no deformities, and no insect pests.
Processing technology:
IQF single-unit quick-freezing technology: after the fresh fruits are cleaned and depilated, they are single-unit quick-frozen under the ultra-low temperature environment of -35ºC to avoid cell rupture and retain the integrity of the fruit shape, and the rate of juice loss after thawing is <5%.
